Service Description

Take healing into your own hands, become inspired, become empowered, become magnificent. Come and experience diversity in class to keep you deeply centred in the body. From awareness of body, comes awareness of mind which leads to awareness of soul and spirit. Allow yourself time to connect to your innate state of harmony, where thoughts become clear and with practice completely disappear. Classes are spiritual and intuitive in nature, with science interwoven to guide you to transformation. Focus is on clearing samskara's (physical and mental blocks) using evidence based Yoga and energetic clearing bringing about coherence within the mind-body conduits. We educate our students by offering you information for transformation. Open to all students. Come as you are, beginner, intermediate, advanced. Maximum of 10 students per class offering you a chance for deep connection with like minded beings.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellation fees apply. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
