Unwind and find balance with our Evening Hatha Therapy class at Saint Matthews Anglican Church Hall, Mitchelton at 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Vicky is a compassionate and intuitive instructor who believes in leading a practice that integrates the old with the new, hoping to deliver you with deep insights, reflections and healing. By blending traditional styles of yoga with energy work, psychosomatic therapy, self enquiry and visualisation, we work towards transformation together. Many of the techniques are backed by science and is suitable for all levels to help achieve balance, strength, flexibility, and focus. Every class is different, and together we create lasting change. Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellation fees apply. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
